4. Check whether the color of the substrate is uniform and whether the texture is rough
Generally, what we can see with the naked eye is white in color, which is brand-new material and good quality; dark gray or black in color is recycled material or a certain proportion of recycled material is added, and the quality is poor. Of course, under the special requirements of some customers, under the premise of ensuring the stability of the product itself, for example, he requires a new material and a certain proportion of toner to make the substrate change from its own pure white to a light gray that looks very textured. Maybe the customer asks me to have a completely white new material, which may be a little gray in the production process. At this time, adding a certain proportion of whitening agent can also meet the customer's needs.
5. From the depth of the lock to work
The workmanship of the lock grooves of the stone-plastic floor, the poor-quality stone-plastic floor is often rough in workmanship. The buckle groove of the lock is relatively shallow, and it is easy for workers to damage the buckle groove during construction or when carrying and disassembling. 7. Anti-skid and waterproof

First, take out two lock floors at random, connect them naturally through the locks, and place them flat on the ground. Then put water droplets on the joints, and after standing for 3-5 hours, wipe the water off with a dry rag, separate the two floors, and check whether there are any water marks in the card slot. The stone plastic floor uses polyvinyl chloride material, which does not absorb water, but becomes astringent when it encounters water, so it is non-slip and moisture-proof. When testing slip resistance, it can also be done by dripping water. First put a few drops of water on the floor and rub it with your hands, without slippery feeling, the more astringent the better.

9. Judging the quality of the stone plastic floor from the use of raw materials
All good products are based on good raw materials. The raw materials of stone-plastic flooring are mainly calcium powder and PVC powder. In order to reduce costs, many manufacturers use recycled materials instead. Why is it bad to use recycled materials? Because PVC is easy to age, the recycled material used has been used for a certain period of time and has been aged. In the case of mixed use, its lifespan will be shortened. The calcium powder depends on its fineness, which is related to its origin and purity. In general, the whiter the color, the better the purity.
